You can download the Registration Forms also from our website and fill the registration form. After filling the form, you can submit the Fee at the School counter or city office counter. You can thereafter submit the form, related documents and procure the Prospectus. You can also procure the form and the Prospectus from the school office / city office.
Online Registration*: The requisite fee via Net Banking / Credit or Debit card through secured payment gateway can be paid. Applicant can fill online registration form and system will ask for payment after completing form. After confirmation received from bank, system will send a confirmation message to applicant’s mobile about confirm registration.
The school shall get in touch with the student / parent for calling them for interaction / admission test telephonically or via SMS / e-mail.
*Kindly note that this facility will be activated in due course of time. Parents will be intimated through SMS.
There will be no written admission test for classes Nursery and KG. However, we will invite the child and the parents for an informal Interaction with the staff and the Principal.
A list of selected students will be displayed on the notice board and school website. Parents will also be telephonically informed.
For classes I and above, a Written Admission Test will be conducted.
The test will comprise of three papers namely: English Language, Maths and Science. Each paper will be for 20 marks each. A list of students who have scored above the Cut off marks will be prepared and displayed on the School Notice Board. It will also be put up on the Website.
A date for Interviews will be announced. Both the Parents and the child are expected to appear for the Interview with the Principal. After the Interview, the names of students so selected, shall be displayed on the school notice board and information shall also be conveyed telephonically or through SMS / e-mail.
The selected candidates shall be required to deposit the fee within the stipulated time. The fee is to be deposited at the school’s counter / city office through a demand draft / cheque, failing which the Selection would automatically stand cancelled. Under exceptional conditions cash could be paid at the school counter.
The parent is required to submit a copy of the Registration form (if submitted online ) and affix his/her recent passport size colour photograph along with other documents as mentioned in the application form mentioning details of payment of school fee.
After 1st April, the school fee is payable quarterly. Any delay in payment of school fee by due date shall invite late fee of Rs.50/- per day up to 7 days. For the next days the late fee will be Rs 100/- per day. In case fee is not paid by the 14th day of the due date, the name of the students will be struck off from school rolls. This may necessitate readmission, if permitted, after payment of readmission charges.
Admission shall be provisional till all documents are submitted at school office and are found in order.
The student / parent shall be liable for any wrong information leading to cancellation of admission. All fee / dues paid shall be forfeited.
LIST OF DOCUMENTS TO BE BROUGHT AT THE TIME OF ADMISSION
- 6 passport size colour photographs.
- 1 passport size photograph of each parent / Grandparents /guardian (anyone who is likely to pick up and drop the child)
- Address proof (photocopy of the ration card / electricity bill / telephone bill)
- Photocopy of report card of last year.(for class v and above- past 3 years).
- Photocopy of birth certificate.
- Transfer Certificate, where applicable.
